# How to Cancel Your Flexpoint account
Although we're bummed to see you go, you can cancel your Flexpoint subscription at any point by logging into your account and following these simple steps!
### How to Cancel my Flexpoint Subscription
1. Log in to Flexpoint and head over **My Income** tab.
2. Then, click on the **Payment settings** in the right corner.
3. Now, select **Billing** tab.
4. Click on **Cancel Subscription** button.
5. After clicking on the Cancel Subscription button, a pop-up window will appear for confirmation. Then, click on **Yes, cancel Subscription** button. Once canceled, you will continue to have access to your Store until the end of your billing cycle!.
